What I don’t do
If you’ve ever had a cold call promising to “get you to the top of Google”, read this.
- I don’t ask for passwords. You give me manager access and can remove it whenever you like.
- I don’t promise the top spot on Google. Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling you smoke.
- I don’t touch your till or your booking system. What works stays as it is.
- I don’t buy reviews or write fake ones. Google catches them, and your listing pays the price.
- I don’t change your listing’s name or address without talking to you. Google can ask you to verify it again, or suspend it.
I’m Paul, and I live in Malasaña.
I’ve worked in hospitality in New York, Miami, Paris and Belgium: behind the bar, on the line and at the host stand. I know what it’s like to raise a price on a Friday night and have the website show the old one for months.
